Is Windows 10 Worth it

I was wondering I'm running Windows 8.1 up to date and boots up in seconds and really fast snappy after hearing about Windows 10 being laggy is it a lie and should I do a clean install

Windows 10 is faster. You need to upgrade rather than clean install. It does a great job of that unless your machine has weird unheard of drivers.

But give it a day after install to re-index your entire PC etc. before thinking about comparing any performance. While doing all that it would of course be busy.
