hey guys. how close is Windows phone 8 and Windows 8 close to this? (except holograms). should it be several more windows versions and more windows phone releases? or do we have to wait 5-10 years to happen. except holograms

Some of the basic functionality like translation, NFC integration with other objects/devices, & augmented reality are here already in a basic form so those will only get better, the rest will likely take quite some time if it even plays out the same way.

i think we are going to see full screen display phone with nokia
there is an interview with Richard Kerris here is a part of what he said

"Nokia has a ton of investment in R&D and is turning concepts in to reality with bendable screens and a complete wrap around display so that when you want your device to be a camera, it looks like a camera. With bendable screens, you flex the display to zoom in or out, depending on the angle.

In addition, they are also working on making devices become aware of where they are. For example, when you walk in to your house after work, it hides all of your business emails and content or when a child picks of the device, it can detect the small hands and lock settings and email accounts"
