Is Windows phone 10 compatible with Windows 7 PC

I'm considering upgrading to Windows Phone 10 on my Lumia 735, but would like to know if my phone would then still be compatible with a Windows 7 PC i.e. will I still be able to plug in via USB and browse/move/copy/paste files in windows explorer to from pc/mobile/sd card
