My action center bug was fixed on .71
Still getting an APN error on startup.

Returning my 1020 to 8.1 as I type however.
I just want this phone to not surprise me with features that don't work.

Hoping the beta will stabilize completely for everyone eventually.

Okay, i'm a little ticked. They broke the Mobile Data sharing part. I cant get a device on it right now. I'm resetting to Windows 8.1 then updating back to windows 10 build after 71. Sorry guys, i need mobile sharing.

Updated a couple of days ago.

Charged the phone to 100% last night at 9pm. Did some browsing using UC browser including streaming about 5 minutes of video on 3G, whatsapp messaging. Then shut off phone at 9:30pm. In the morning I switched on and battery was at 96%. Checked 3 emails, facebook using UC, whatsapp, checked store for updates and opened 6tag briefly to check notifications. Battery down to 92%. Also on 3G

While on the bus, uploaded 3 photos to 6tag on 3G, checked 6tag notifications, opened a word document. Battery down to 86%

At work, did a few calls, locking and unlocking phone several times (15) and now 10am, battery is at 81%

seemingly better

Sounds promising. On my galaxy note, from 8am-12pm I am in the red zone for battery. Its wicked.

installed build 10586.71, run much better, but battery drain bit faster, for my normal usage (no data connection) when in build .29 .36 and .63 was great, around 12-13 hours, and now pulled down only 8-10 hours

Currently on build .107. So far, it's been superb. Batt life still at the 4hr mark if I have 3G switched on and am using the internet services heavily.

I guess it depends on usage. 4hr batt life if the internet is used. Otherwise, 8-9 hrs on full charge, with 3G ON, and low/intermittent usage. Best to always have a battery charger on hand.

The video recording is very clear, but yes, audio is in mono-only. Better to switch back to 8.1 if you need stereo video recording

Steve, that is great battery usage. Any particular settings in place for that?

Get rid of crap running in the background, make sure you are signed out of Skype Video (wait until you see you are signed out). Stop the store from searching and auto update (these are the most important). Check battery stats in battery saver to see what is running in the background and disable stuff you really don't need. Battery life in .107 update is really good

Nope...that's just the update from 8.1 to 107. I never did anything other than let everything settle down.

unplugged at 6:30 am, and at 9:26 still at 95%. I never had an issue with batter life....besides the early days of 10. but this last build is awesome. Just like 8.1.

Well 1 week in! MUCH HAPPIER with my 1020.

Well, its been around a week since I replaced my screen and loaded w10 on my 1020. I compared the screen to my wifes original screen and mine is very close and producing yellows a bit better actually. Blacks are the same. I am thinking I got an original screen pull since there was superficial damage to the black coating on the back of the screen. So, 100% happy there.

Now, to windows 10. I am overjoyed by how it has advanced since 581. Its fully functional, smooth, fast, and camera works great. I am 100% pleased with w10 now, and the 1020 in general. There is NO NEED to buy another phone as far as I am concerned. 1020's camera is the best available in a phone, even compared to the latest offerings. So this is just icing on the cake.

Now to get wireless charging up and running.

You still have Lumia Camera right? Still better than Windows Camera? If only the Icon/930 could have Lumia Camera as well...
