Is Xbox app broken beyond any use or is that just my phone?

So for few days now I'm 'using' Xbox app 8.8.15003.00000. Since the update I have issues with not detecting games, not popping of syncing achievements and so on. Do you also have those issues or is it just my phone?

Well on my phone the XBOX app has nothing to do with the achievements, they still popup from the "Games" app.

My app is detecting games (8.8 blablabla) but I think there's still a bit of work to do with the mobile app
