ISO download 16288

My surface is on an endless boot thing where the circle animation just spins and or it says preparing for auto recovery but it wont boot up. Looking for a recent insider ISO so I can try to install/repair from that since I can't actually boot up. Does anyone know a source for those? I remember hearing about that site recently that was archiving builds around the time of that "source code" leak, but I can't remember the url.
I just installed a build last night seemed fine, then this morning I couldn't boot up. Pretty sure that build was from whatever was pushed on Friday but I hadn't used my tablet Friday or Saturday.
