Issue with app store update

Anybody having issue with false notification from app store? I am on HTC 8x, tmobile- US and my app store will have 1 notification and when I go to the app store , there is no update. Also if I have multiple updates it will display -1 updates. Eg. 3 notifications only 2 updates pending. This has been occurring for a couple of weeks.

Are you using windows phone 8 or 8.1 ?
Try to do a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button until your phone vibrates and reboot.
