Issue with dev account

I hard reset during developers preview and I used a new Microsoft account. So now I'm running software for developers only with no dev account. I forget the way to make a free dev account and can't find any guides, help please.

Hey no issues , just visit this website Windows App Studio - Microsoft and login with your new Microsoft ID you just entered on your windows phone. After doing this download this app :- Preview for Developers | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)
