Hey everyone. I'm stuck with vlc beta.it is not opening.I reinstated it but didn't work.

If it is indeed a beta version, then you aren't stuck. You are experiencing what most beta apps do, have problems. As Harrie-S said above, get the released version or be a bit patient until it's released.
