Issue with wired handsfree

Unable to get sound on the right ear of the wired handsfree. On WP8.1 - Update 1 .. No issues with handsfree works fine on other phones and neither do I get sound on both the sides using any other handsfree.

Hey lets try a soft reset( This will not erase any of your personal data ). To do so hold volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself.(Ignore the black screen to power off the phone).If this does not solve the issue I will suggest you to do a soft reset again :smile:
