Is anyone else having problems adding a new payment option to their windows live account?
I have a prepaid app card I got a couple months ago and when I tried to add it, it said It couldn't authorize it, so I checked the balance and it still has $25. I then tried adding my normal credit card and it also says it can't authorize it.
I'm also having the same problem signing up for the Zune music pass.
