Issues syncing Gmail Chats folder to Windows Phone

Has anyone successfully synced their Gmail Chats folder (the chat log folder) to their Windows Phone?

I have enabled the label to be synced in IMAP in Gmail Settings.
I've also deleted and re-added my gmail account to see if that would fix the problem, but it doesn't.

On my Lumia, I open the Gmail inbox, open up Folders, then I tap "Show all folders"
I scrolled through my folders, but alas, no Chats folder. The special gmail folder section only has:
[Gmail]
All Mail
Spam
Starred


Bug or has someone actually got this working?
