Issues with Lumia Black

Hello,

I've got a black 1020 (Carrier: Bouygues Telecom) that can't work with Black Update. When I update it, my phone breaks down. (When I run an app, there's the loading screen then back to the homescreen or the phones freezes).

I've try to hard reset, the problem is still there because when you hard reset, I think the update is still there. So i've try to reflash it with my carrier rom to have it like the first time i've had it in my hands, the phone works fine.

But if I tried to update it to Black, the same problem shows again.

Any idea why?

Honestly you're best to talk to Nokia Care about this. Since WP is a secure OS there's not much anyone can really do for you in this regard. Sounds a bit strange that you're having this issue though.

Are you trying to update thru wifi? Does it give you any error codes?

Not at all. The update download and the update setup go smoothly. Things get darker once I try to use my phone after the update.
