Issues with the Alarm app

This past Saturday and Sunday morning with night mode on, One of my alarms went off at the time it was set for but I didnt have the alarm set to go off. I also noticed that I know have to dismiss twice to turn the alarm off. As for the former I set the alarm myself during the weekdays but so far I still have to dismiss twice. I did delete the alarm and made a new one on Sunday. I use the Lumia 950

Hmm strange, my alarms working fine still, I've been on CU since release preview.

What changed for me I think is that the alarm doesn't seem to start at a low volume and gradually increase... Or I'm that tired and don't notice until it's loud lol

It doing the ghost alarm behavior again haha. It's turned off but the alarm still turns on.

I used to have ghost ones, and dealt with it somehow with a reset.... this 251 seemed to prove they were still there cause now i see some Alarm (2) names which must mean there is already one with same name and time that i don't see! Lol... At least i don't have any of them stuck at 430am like it was last time!! Lol
