Issues with windows phone 8.1 on Lumia 822

I just installed windows phone 8.1 using the developer preview, I don't think its installed properly, because everything is messed up o my Lumia 822. . . Most of the apps just say "installing", I can't open most of the new settings and worst of all, the whole phone is just slow and laggy.
Anyone else having the same issues? Any possible solutions? Other than resetting. . .

A lot of people have had the same issues.. 520, 920, 1520, 822, 525 etc
