I've loved Baldur's Gate 3 since I first played it last year, but it wasn't until just recently that I realized one of my favorite things about this game. Honestly, I have Dragon Age: Inquisition to thank for this discovery.

Umm, you clearly didn't play Dragon Age: Inquisition...like at all. That's is NOT the story of that game. You are not a chosen one. You are not prophesied. It is random people that BELIEVE you are, when in fact it was entirely an accident of you being in the right place at the wrong time. Your character is just as pedestrian as your character in Baldur's Gate 3. Sure, you can lean into it and make yourself seem a certain way to the NPC's, but you can do the same thing in Baldur's Gate 3.
