Yes you can - however this may or may not brick your phone (fixable if you follow stickies on the forum). But this also means you won't get any future OTAs on your phone that are official.

Of course if you revert to original firmware you aren't on a different firmware than your device code so inability to get OTA updates nullifies but if you don't re-flash then on a non standard firmware OTA are a no go
