Jumping from the Windows 11 Photos app to other Microsoft apps is about to get much simpler

After reading this article, I openned the Photos app for the first time in months. Seems like they add a bunch of new features, but still is rather weak. It continues to mess with the chronological order of the photos and there is no straightforward way to edit the data, particularly the location of the photos. It's much easier to use the cell phone, as Google Photos and Apple Photos are much better.

I'm still waiting for the option to open Photos without having to double-click like it used to and have behaviour where it doesn't open another window. It seems like they make new Photos app behave like File Explorer than what usual photo gallery used to do back from Windows Live Gallery days. I miss that app that was so fully featured that it actually performs as photo organizer and not just a viewer and do basic editing.
