Just 3G or only wcdma on Lumia

Isn't there an only WCDMA option? My brother's Android got a wcdma only option but mine doesn't and my connection always switches to 2G.

Why isn't such an option for other ROMs? I got the middle eastern ROM. Isn't Microsoft going to add it in later updates?

This is the must needed option. Still no idea if microsoft is going to add it or not.
