Just bought a new Lumia 735 and the back cover has no contacts for wireless charging

If your warranty covers it then bring it back and ask for another one.

Same thing happened to me. Just ordered one from B&H. It's running LTE on AT&T via my Cricket account, but my cover is just like this one and isn't of course charging wireless. I emailed B&H and they promptly offered to exchange the unit--but, my choice, i'm not gonna go through all that.

Just throwing this out there, but aren't some carriers known for stripping some devices.. I think it was the same case with the 830 or was it the 1520? Everybody here was wondering whether the carriers would leave the wireless charging ability or strip it

Mine was from B&H, unlocked, so carrier interest doesn't apply in that case.

I ordered from B&H as well and my back cover didn't have contacts either. I just ordered a new cover on ebay so hopefully it works

@Harry Of course not. Most probable reason is that some Lumia 735s got a Lumia 730 backcover. Mistake in the factory..
