On eBay, just bought a new Surface 3 4/128 that came with keyboard, pen, case all in original boxes for $355. It arruved as advertised, totally MINT. Just updated it to latest specs of W10. I'm actually surprised at how good the keyboard and trackpad are. Screen is brilliant, and I Mac guy. Seems like a no brainer, especially at that price.

Sounds like you got a sweet deal. Now that I think about it, I'm kind of surprised Microsoft hasn't run more deals on the Surface 3 this Black Friday.

You could try Open Office or Google Docs as alternatives. But, with Office 360 being subscription based now, it's less expensive than ever to get the real thing.

Since i first posted -- see above -- i also got a very good deal on an sp4 pro m3, and just love it. it came loaded for $555 with pen, and sp4 kb. i picked up ms office pro 2016 off ebay very cheap. my only problem with s3 right now is an issue downloading office 2016 from ebay.

I have had the S3 4/128 WiFi for over a year, loved it soo much, I am selling it. LoL That is because I bought a S3 4/128 LTE version. So I am also selling my LG G-Pad 10, it has LTE, but with the S3 LTE I don't need it anymore..
