Just gone back from W10 to W8.1 and have got two problems, What can I do?

Just gone back from W10 to W8.1 and have got two problems

I can't scroll with my trackpad using two fingers and the blue circle next to the pointer is flashing, everything seems ok when the keyboard is undocked, thanks for any help

Search via Google a 8.1 driver for your pad and install it.
