It's not EOL'd by Microsoft and you can still get them online. T-mobile just isn't particularly bright.

AT&T and Verizon still have them, T-Mobile apparently just wanted to clear the deck for the (inferior) Nokia 521. They have the iPhone now and a couple flagship Android devices to push...I'm thinking a premier WP device will be back there after summer when the new 8.1 update hits.

They're definitely on Verizon's still. The wife just ordered one online for pick up today.

I see AT&T still has it for $49-$99 with 2 years contract. A week ago they had a promotion for $0.99 with 2 years contract.

T-Mobile did kill the htc 8x about a month ago, they also killed the lumia 820. Now for wp8 they carry just the lumia 521 and soon the lumia 925

Hah, according to rumor earlier, HTC is not going to have a flagship for this Fall. Samsung not getting too excited either. So the only coming flagship will be the refreshed 920 aka 925.

Yeah, they're probably both waiting for 8.1 before they try to push a new WP device. Makes sense on the manufacturers part. Better than the constant update foolishness on Android with phones getting launched with out-of-date software and having to scramble to test and release the new version. It's the main reason I left Android.

T-Mobile didn't exactly sell alot of 8X's and 810's which is why they decided to not restock the phone.
They're making room for the budget 521 and the flagship beast 925.
