Keep Local and Store Versions of an App!

Maybe some of you know this nice article: Windows Store apps - how to keep both local and store versions | DreamTeam Experience

This is a guide to have both, the store and the debug version of an app, without uninstalling the other one.
It would still work, if you develop for Windows 8.0! But it is not working for 8.1 Applications.

I wrote them about 2 months ago, but no one respond so I sat down and tried it on my own.

Well here is the working Win8.1 Version of this awesome "hack", the best part is, that it works for Win81 and WP81!.

What to do?
1. Read this Guide / Article
2. Use the updated TransformFiles.target
3. Have a sped up development
