keyboard Language download problem: after hard reset on wp 8.1

Hi folks,
I use huawei w1 c0 variant for cdma network in Indonesia. Recently I had reset my phone to factory settings, and boom I can't download any other language text predictions for my device. I am on pfd, the latest one 8.10.14157 to be exact. Any way to retrieve the text predictions other than setting > keyboard? Please help, or perhaps you are having the same problem. That is, I think it's Microsoft's fault in the newest update of pfd

Yes. I got the same problem. When I try to install Chinese keyboard, it says "attention required", "text suggestion can not be downloaded", and this I blocking my keyboard installation, I can only type in English now.

Please help.

Same issue, but with English US keyboard.
I also can't seem to be able to download speech files for English UK - looks to me like it's the same issue.

I'm on a 920 with the latest Preview for Developers update and Nokia Cyan.
