Keyboard not launching.

I am running the latest w10m build. Has anyone faced this problem in which the keyboard doesn't launch after tapping on a text input box. It happens frequently when using WhatsApp, it crashes, after which it doesn't even launch in apps like Cortana.

I cant even see the option to start the keyboard.. It have never worked for me..
