Kid's corner problem

Hi,
there are two tiles greyed in my kid's corner and I can't remove them...
Soft reset done, removed and readded kid's corner... no luck.
There is a solution other than an Hard reset?

Try to do backup. It should solve your problem.

Nope.. Hard reset fixed it.
