Kinect white pixels in night vision mode

Hello,
I recently purchased a Kinect for Xbox one and in night vision mode i have 3 always on white pixels (one of them sometimes flickers). Also hand gestures are a bit erratic sometimes, the cursor jumps around on the screen while holding my hand still. I tried resetting the console, replugging kinect and cleaning the kinect sensor but without any luck.
Did anyone else noticed white dots in kinect night vision and do you think that erratic movement might be related? You can check kinect night vision mode by going to settings > kinect > press "what kinect sees" one or two times.
