I don't know what's wrong with my phone. It look fine on the glance screen but when it's turned on, the screen go crazy with bright white and black streaks.

Okay, if this doesn't go away after some time, reboot or soft reset.

Now, you may need to turn off Glance for this to go away.

Turning off Glance, rebooting and soft reset doesn't work. Booting loads fine but only right after the nokia screen, the flashes starts. It takes a minute or two to show the lockscreens. My phone is now showing image retention and I'm worried the screen have been damaged but I have always been careful.

Have you installed the latest firmware from Nokia that released on 3/28/2014 ? If no update your phone and then check out if the problem still exists.

this is exactly what happened in my 1320. I suggest you better send it to NCC. They're going to replace the display. Mine's still under repair and waiting for the parts to arrive.

I better tell Nokia about this. I thought my case was something only my unit had.

Where's that firmware available? Nothing when Check updates is ... checked.

Edit: Just got it this afternoon. Fixed the touch issues.

EDIT: I received my newly repaired phone and the display has been replaced by NCC but this problem still was present. It really might be a software problem. Waiting for the OTA firmware update.
