L2TP IPSec VPN makes phone unstable

Hey,

I received Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1 on my Lumia 930 a while ago, so I configured my L2TP IPsec VPN tunnel since this feature was added in this update. But since I configured this connection my device is crazy unstable. When I unlock my device it's a 50% chance it'll actually work, half of the time it's just stuck on "Resuming...", not doing anything at all. When I turn off the VPN this doesn't happen.

Anyone else recognizes this issue?

P.S. also added a photo of the Resuming screen for those unfamiliar with it :wink:
Edit: Oh and whenever it's stuck on the resuming screen I actually have to soft reset it to get it back to work.
Edit2: Figured seeing the VPN settings might help some too, so added those. Blurred out the details obviously.

I'm having the same issue with my 930.
No solution so far. I hope MS fix it for Windows 10.
This is one of the things I will test on the preview for phones.

My L930 with 8.1 update 2 still having these issues. Also, my wife's new L640XL encounters the same problem.
