L520 homescreen hangs/doesn't respond to touch

Cn ny1 help me smtyms wen i go to homescreen smtyms d tiles eihter dnt respond to d touch or else wen m scrolling tiles up n dwn d some tiles disappear for few secs.... Guyss plzzzz help.... Soft reset didnt wrk. Wat to do???

Your phone hangs.
Had the same problem with my 520.

its either, very low memory, or you have an app/apps that are working in the background doing that. make sure to check your background apps.

for example, wptorrent, this app even crashed my phone when I wasnt using it. also, this app doesn't have background tasks!!! so just go over your apps.

either erase, or move maps, music, videos to SD card.

also use Lumia storage checker and erase temporary and see what apps is taking up alot of space. make sure to look at the "apps data".

you cannot move apps. only maps, videos, music, office documents etc. that will probably come with wp8.1.
