Bought it yesterday - no case, from aprox 1/2 metter.
Everything working.
Should I be worried ?

No you shouldn't, unless you hear something rattling inside.

If there's something rattling, it should be because you either replaced the BL-5J with the BL-4J or removed the battery sticker.

Should that not be the case...it's not normal.

OMG !!! yes you should be worried, how the hell a mobile like nokia should be able to work after falling from 1/2 meter, there is definitely something wrong. Switch it off immediately, if you see written goodbye, man your phone is doomed, bricked, beyond repairable condition !!
