[L630] Is there any harm installing W10 for phones?

My phone is Lumia 630 with lumia cyan updated by Preview for developers and its active so I need to ask that is there any harm with windows 10 preview in my phone I heard that update with preview for developers is interrupting the update of windows 10 and the phone is getting hanged. So please tell me that its safe or not. And mention that other apps running with windows 8.1 are running fine on windows 10 like WhatsApp and games.

Update to the latest preview version.Uninstall the app and update via insider

I told ya I m having lumia 630 every time its showing no builds
I checked every thing then why not its coming I m signing again and again

May be because you will be getting a new build after 15 hours... you don't want to first build now and then second build after 15 hours... do you???

I understand u little bit but I can't understand what you asked. I just reset my phone and starting from beginning let's see what happens

m just saying that may be Microsoft want you to have the new build which will be released today. Why do you want to get the old build when you are getting latest build today itself.

Happened to me as well. It seems like we overloaded Microsoft's servers again like we did with the 8.1 preview for developers
