[L630] New phone no internet?

I have set up Microsoft account I have correctly put all my details in with my d.o.b and I still cant get on internet or down load apps,just says ask a parent to add family in there Microsoft account, I don't have children this phone is my personal one. Please can someone Help me....

You probably will have to create a Microsoft account that is older than the age of majority and have that account add you as your child under My Family at windowsphone.com.

There are cases I've heard of where a child Xbox Account does not age properly...

If you ever had an Xbox account linked to parental supervision and are now 18yrs +, try logging into your Xbox account and making sure the profile is up to date OR you could try calling Microsoft Customer care.
