L920 data in Thailand, Cambodia, or Vietnam

Hey folks,

I have an unlocked AT&T L920

My phone has worked successfully with voice/data in Singapore and Malaysia thus far. I got into Thailand last night, but my phone isn't connecting to data here. Does anyone know if their network is entirely incompatible with the AT&T variant? They have 3G here, so I'm not expecting LTE in any case.

Oops, I had turned data "off" and data works perfectly fine in Thailand! ha ha

An guidance on whether or not it works in Cambodia or VN would be good in any case

using Mobi carrier in Vietnam, 70,000 VND ($3.50 USD) gets 1 month unlimited data but speed is capped after first 600 MB
