L920 RM821 from Russia - no internet with Canada operators

Hello,

I have my L920 (country variant Russia) with Amber update.
In Canada I tried Telus, Bell and Rogers. Texts and calls work fine, but internet and mms don't work. I tried different APN settings with access point application, but without success. Phone always shows "H" whenever I change a connection type, but internet doesnt work.
Could anyone help me? Should I flash rm-820 on it?

Did your device work on Canadian networks prior to the Amber update, or has it never worked at all?
