L950 & L640XL build 15047

I install this build in L950 and may phone automatically gets restarted many time in a day. L640XL running build 15043 is not receiving build 15047 update.

What insider program ring are both devices in? Did you try a hard reset on either device?

I m in 1st ring. Already tried by hard as well as soft reset

Dual sim slot is not working with 4G/LTE. single sim slot working with 4G but not LTE and Other sim slot is working with only 2G but neither 3G nor 4G.please help me.
