L950XL stuck in repairs

I would love if someone could help me get my phone back from being fixed via a warranty repair. It's been gone for a month and still it says in repair. I have tried calling and they say they will contact me when updated yet no updates.

I can only suggest calling and asking to talk to a supervisor and seeing if you can get more progress. I'd be quite annoyed if I was you.
