Lag scrolling after today update

I have a lumia 920, running 8.1 DP, after today's update I got cyan and everything, but I noticed a little bit of lag when I'm scrolling in the screens, this occurs inside the apps too. It looks like a problem rendering the page on desktops.
I saw at least 2 other people with the same problem but still no solution.
Any help?

the phone is still restoring apps and working on some post update stuffs. check the app lists to make sure no app is greyed out, then do a reboot.

I already made the update at least 3 hours ago, I checked and all apps are working (opened one by one). And did soft reset plus turned off a little bit and still have the problem. ��

Just updated L920 DP version, it lags free scrolling.. anyone pls help

make sure u have no folders, its silly i know, but get rid of all the folders

Check to see if screen magnifier is disabled in Ease of Access.
