Laptop issue :(

Hy guys I'm having a issue with my laptop battery charging when its off and I plugin for one minute or so its charging light lights up but then the light turns white showing that battery is full and its not when its on and I plugged it to charging no such issue ... Also I'm facing battery drain issues help me out if you can I'm using HP core i3

How old is your battery? There are limited number of charging cycles that a battery can undergo, if you exceed these cycles, your battery will run out of life. A quick tip for the next time would be to keep some software like Lenovo does for it laptops, with which you can set your battery to charge upto a maximum of 60%. When you set your battery at this setting, it will reach the threshold cycles with much bigger interval.
