laptop touchpad problem

I have an acer V3-571G
on the RHS of my touch pad
I was able to scroll the webpage up and down
now after upgrading mouse moves up and down
but not the web page

Check if your touchpad requires third-party drivers. If it does, then you would need to re-install it to enable custom hardware features.

This was the case with my laptop after Upgrading to Windows 10, after re-installing the drivers custom touch pad features were back, including double-finger scroll, three-finger zooming, etc.
