Just when it looked like the WP world was passing by the Icon, it just leaped to the front.
I was pissed that it took so long to update from WP8/Black to WP8.1/Denim. I was so desperate waiting for the Cyan features (especially the Miracast/Project my Screen, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, etc.). I did have the Developer's Preview so I had 8.1 but without Cyan, so many features weren't working.
The biggest jump for us Icon users are definitely Cyan features. Denim seems to be mostly "Hey Cortana" and camera stuff.
But aren't we all happy campers now!
