Latest Verizon update??

I am looking for a link to the latest updates for the Verizon Q. Especially for the Daylight Savings time bug. I am looking for an absolute non tech friend who has a Q and has no idea what he can do with it. I use a 700WX so I am not familiar with all the easy fixes for the Q. Qusers looks like it is down now too. Thanks for the help!!!!
