Latest Version of Battery saver has gone mad?

I looked at my battery saver today and the output was a bit hard to believe







It seems every app on my phone is using up oodles of battery via background tasks, even those who have background tasks disabled (See Twitter).

Anyone else seeing the same problem?

Done. Is there a way to clear the existing data from battery saver?
