Got the Leap yesterday, got most of it working.

Orientation, does not work.
Touches windows works.

I'm not sure what joy one would find in using Leap Motion on a touch screen tablet, seeing as Leap Motion is largely meant to mimic touch screens in a desktop environment. To each his own, I suppose.

I got my leap motion yesterday and the orientation didn't work on my surface either. I was actually really disappointed with the leap. It kept giving me "your leap may be operating incorrectly, please recalibrate." Recalibration didn't do anything. I was planning on using it with solidworks or inventor, but still no plug-ins for either. You'd think that after six months of delays they would have better app and plugin support. I'm definitely going to return it. It makes me sad.

I had the same problem, you have to update to the latest intel graphics drivers for the Intel hd 4000 gpu that is on the surface pro and ALL of the LEAP features will instantly start working. I read this solution on the LEAP forums by someone that was having trouble getting their surface pro to run it.
