went through all the c# for absolute beginners
before i start the [h=1]Windows Phone 8.1 Development for Absolute Beginners[/h]gotta clear up the hd and upgrade the comp from windows 8 to windows 8.1

really enjoyed the c# tutorials... saw a few of the wp 8.1 vids on the wma site... working with xaml seems awesome!!!
can't wait to format my comp and get everything up and running to start programming for windows phone!!!

after the completing the wp 8.1 dev for beginners... what other courses do you guys recommend???
i want to make games... and was thinking about using unity... but after learning the basics in c# and seeing some of the xaml vids...
i think it's better to continue learning c# and xaml in order to build a good foundation for programming...

i'm interesting in knowing what programming paths everyone else has taken and how far you've come as for as app development for windows and windows phone...

Really the best learning you can do is practical application...think of an app you would like to make and start programming it. When you get stuck on how to do something use the search engines and forums (stackoverflow.com is good) to find a solution.
If your interested in making games with Unity then you should look at studying game design more than MVVM,
