LED Killer - stops the green service blink

ok, here is the led killer for easy access. at the time of this post we have 657 downloads over at pdaphonehome. 258 for version 2.0. but, since this is my new favorite forum i will post here.

this was started by stroths who found that the led could be stoped by the treoled.exe that was designed for another app (treo alert). thanks zbop. i then put some mortscript to it in a cab for easy install.

there my be sometime that is doesn't work, but for the most part it does a pretty good job. i haven't been on the project for a while, but may start up agian to figure out the other leds.

well to be honest with you guys, I have done anything with the led killer for a long time. I will say that by accident in the 3.0 version I was killing the charge led every second or so. I fixed that bug in 3.1. I should start working on the orange led soon. it is possible.

This is the link to the previous thread for LED Killer in the mortscript thread. Keep in mind that we also have a 2.x version that works a little differently than the 3.1 version.

I would suggest you try the 2.x version first to see if it works for you. If not, go with the 3.1 version. The 3.1 version runs on a constant loop while the 2.x version only runs when you power up the device or wake it up.

i have almost got 4.0 ready. should post it up in say 48 hours. 4.0 will kill charge light as well. trying to get a configure menu set up so users can choose what thay waht to kill. want to play with the blue led for a while to see if i can kill it as well. all with a choice menu.

I have downloaded the file...but nothing happen. What am I missing?
