Leonvo s145 battery draining fast

I bought this laptop few months ago and I have been gaming on it for a bit. I have checked the health of the battery and it seems fine. Is there any chance that the windows (10) is draining my battery in the background? how to check this ? Thanks

What apps do you have running at the same time? Do you have antivirus? What settings are you playing at?
