My Quantum has been ordered from AT&T, and I've started wondering something. Everyone has been complaining about the Atrix and Inspire "4G" phones having HSUPA disabled at the firmware level. I've seen it mentioned that the Focus does as well, but that it can be enabled somehow. Does the Quantum have it disabled or enabled?
Has anyone run a speedtest to see what your maximum upload speed is? Without a forward facing camera I suppose it's not as big of a deal to have upload capped so low, but I am still curious.
