Lightning Bolt and Gear "stain" on screen.

Hello,

Last night my Lumia 520 died at my girlfriends house. She tried charging it this morning and told / showed me a picture that was showing up of a flashing bolt and gear. I told her not to worry about it and that i'd charge my phone later. Now after putting the phone on charge it booted up regularly however i still see a faint picture of the lightning bolt and gear in the background of the OS.

Any suggestions?

Eh idk, worth a shot though. I have had them fix stuck pixels multiple times before.

Wow, and that phone isnt even OLED equipped!

I would try the app first, there are some that try to correct OLED problems, so trying them wouldn't hurt.
Also give it time, it may fade.

and all else fails, display replacement will be the final solution.

It will dissapear... my lumia 520 screen gets temporary burn in after just a few minutes (sometimes just after a few secs lol)... And the burned in things always dissapears after some time.
